Year 7 & 8

Our Years 7 and 8 program at Mount Rowan Secondary College is designed to support a successful transition into secondary school while building strong foundations for future learning. Programs are aligned with the Victorian Curriculum and place a strong emphasis on literacy, numeracy and student wellbeing.

We recognise that a positive start to secondary school is critical. Students are supported through structured learning programs, strong relationships with teachers, and an Extended Home Group program that promotes connection, organisation and confidence as students adjust to secondary schooling.
