Students develop an understanding of physical, social and emotional health. Learning includes respectful relationships, mental health, online safety, nutrition and personal wellbeing. Students are supported to make informed choices and know when and how to seek support.
Students participate in a range of physical activities and sports that build fitness, teamwork and resilience. They develop movement skills, learn the value of regular physical activity, and are encouraged to challenge themselves in a supportive environment.
