Through roles such as class captains, school captains, and house leaders, students develop confidence, responsibility and leadership skills. Student leaders represent the school at community events and activities, strengthening connections with the local community, and may attend student leadership conferences, forums and development programs. Working collaboratively with staff and peers, student leaders help shape school initiatives, represent student perspectives and contribute to a respectful, inclusive school culture, fostering personal growth, active citizenship and a strong sense of belonging.
